Three arrested in Darchula for suspected murder of police constable Gharti

Darchula: Police Constable Yogendra Gharti, who was serving at the Community Police Service Center, has been murdered in Darchula.

His body was discovered on Tuesday behind a hotel in Bangabagada, Mahakali Municipality-4. According to the Information Officer of the Sudurpaschim Province Police Office, Gharti may have been killed by a blow to the head with a sharp weapon.

Authorities have arrested three individuals, including a minor, on suspicion of involvement in the murder, and an investigation is currently underway.
