Dhangadhi ward No. 8 office issues notice to vacate encroached road area

Dhangadhi: The Ward No. 8 Office of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has issued a public notice directing locals to vacate encroached areas of an old road. The notice, issued on Mangsir 20, gives seven days to Narad Rana, identified as encroaching on the road, to clear the area.

The encroachment is along the road from the bread factory to Naruwa Nala in Dhangadhi-8, where residents have constructed farms and houses on the old road from Muskan Tole to Ghuiyanghat.

Bhajji Rana, along with Narad Rana, Surya Prasad Chaudhary, Tara Prasad Chaudhary, Ramdin Rana, Dev Singh Rana, Puran Rana, Balkisan Rana, Bhalludevi Rana, Ram Samajh Rana, Rona Rana, Ramdasi Tharuni, Prem Chaudhary, Dhani Ram Rana, Lal Singh Rana, Raja Ram Rana, Prasad Rana, Firangi Rana, and Man Singh Rana, are reportedly using the old road.

The locals stated that they are using the old road because their land was affected by the construction of the new road. The ward office, acting on a complaint filed by Harigobind Rana, has issued the notice specifically to Narad Rana to vacate the encroached road within seven days.
