Teej festival to be celebrated in Godawari Municipality-8, Kailali

Dhangadhi: The Teej festival is set to be celebrated in Godawari Municipality-8, Kailali, in the premises of Biswanath Shiv Mandir at Syaule Bazar.

The event is being organized as a joint initiative by YN Production and AJ Dance Studio under the theme "Protection of Art and Culture is Our Desire." The festival, scheduled for the 20th and 21st of Bhadra, will feature unique performances by various artists, showcasing local talent and culture.

A key highlight of the event is an open women’s dance competition aimed at reflecting and celebrating the region's rich art and culture. The organizers have announced special prizes for the best performances, encouraging women to participate and display their dancing skills. The festival is expected to attract a large number of participants and spectators, celebrating the cultural significance of Teej in the community.
