Details of the Arrest Chhapi Palle, a 49-year-old resident of Amargarhi Municipality-3 in Dadeldhura, was arrested after being on the run following his conviction in a case of indecency.
Palle had been sentenced to four days in prison, along with a fine of NPR 10,000 and an additional fine of NPR 5,000. He had been absconding since 1st Jestha 2081. A police team from the Dadeldhura district police office successfully located and arrested Palle from his house on Tuesday evening.
