Kanchanpur Authorities Apprehend 9 Fugitive Accused Individuals

Kanchanpur: Law enforcement authorities in Kanchanpur have successfully apprehended nine fugitive accused individuals.

The District Police Office Kanchanpur carried out the arrest of convicted individuals who had evaded the legal system. Among those arrested include Keshavraj Bhatt, convicted of extortion; Ayush Bhattarai, wanted for indecent behavior; Kosish Karki, also known as Ravi, wanted for robbery; and Narsingh Dhami, sought in a case of vehicular manslaughter.

Additionally, Solu Badaula, Jogi Giri Damai, Bharat Damai, Puni Damai, and Kirte Jaal Saj, all facing charges related to indecency, insult, or similar offenses, were apprehended by the Kanchanpur police on Sunday.

The individuals arrested had been evading authorities for varying periods, spanning from 2064 BS to 2080 BS. Alongside their apprehension, fines ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 have been imposed on the arrested accused individuals.
