Illegal Goods Worth Two Lakhs Seized in Kailali

Dhangadhi: Authorities have confiscated illegal goods evading customs from various locations in Kailali.

In Bhajani Municipality-3, Jodi people, 42 ladies suits and 50 dhotis valued at 82,000 rupees were intercepted for customs evasion. Additionally, items including sugar, corn, chocolate, sweets, chillies, plastic bowls, and mobile phone glasses, with an estimated worth of around 76,865 rupees, were seized from Dhusi within the same municipality.

Furthermore, on Saturday, a police patrol team discovered and seized 340 bags valued at 1,92,865 rupees from Janki Rural Municipality-7, Jawalpur.
