Two arrested in the murder of Harka Bhandari

The two arrested in the murder case of Harka Bhandari, an inhabitant of Govadavari municipality, has been made public in a press conference organised by District Police Office, Kailali. The two arrested were Puntu Bhatt of Kanchanpur and Govind Aujhi of Godavari. The incident took place when the two wanted to procure three thousand rupees from Bhandari.
