Dhangadhi: Air fuel supply has stopped at Dhangadhi airport in Kailali. The transporters have stopped the supply of fuel to Dhangadhi in Kailali, Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa and Nepalgunj Airport for 7 days demanding an increase in fares.

The corporation has issued a notice to air service providers that they cannot provide air fuel. However, under the contract agreement with the corporation and the essential service provided by the government of Nepal, fuel supply cannot be stopped.

The Corporation's Dhangadhi depot has written to all aviation fuel service providers to fill aviation fuel from Kathmandu saying that fuel cannot be provided except for emergencies.

According to Dhangadhi Depot, they have run out of fuel and no more fuel is available, so they had to issue such a notice to the airline service provider. "The strike has been going on for a week. Now we have very little fuel. We can give only in case of emergency," said Ganesh Joshilel, head of the depot.

The domestic air flight companies have said that they have been affected by this behavior of the corporation.
