Bedkot in Kanchanpur gives a holiday on Gaura festival

Dhangadhi: Bedkot municipality of Kanchanpur is going to give a holiday for Gaura festival. The municipality has issued a notice saying that it will be a holiday on the occasion of Gaura festival.
According to the decision of the municipality, the municipality will give a holiday on September 2 (Bhadra 17). The state government has cut down the holiday that was supposed to be given on Gaura, the big festival of Far Westerners. This decision of the state government is being widely opposed.
