Heavy rain in the far west today

Dhangadhi: There is a possibility of heavy rain in the far west on Monday. According to the Meteorological Division, there is a possibility of heavy rain in one/two places of the state today. Light to moderate rain has been falling over the far west since last night.

At present the low pressure line of Monsoon is located a little north of Sardar place. Light to moderate rains are occurring in a few places of Lumbini and Karnali regions along with the Far West, with partial to moderate showers across the country. Today, there will be partly to normal showers across the country. Light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning is likely at some places of the country, the division said.

There is also a possibility of heavy rain at one/two places in Lumbini region. It is mentioned in the bulletin issued by the division that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning at a few places in Province No. 1, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and one/two places in the remaining provinces.
