Kanchanpur's Purnabas municipality does not have a citizen's charter

Dhangadhi: It has been found that there is no citizens charter in Punarwas Municipality of Kanchanpur. Even after five years of building the municipal office building, it was found that the citizens charter was not kept.

There is a rule that citizens' charter should be kept clearly outside the office so that there is no shortfall in service delivery to the citizens and citizens become accountable. The municipality has placed its own informational flex board of various non-governmental organizations in the place where the citizen's charter is kept.

Ganesh Singh Airi, the chief administrative officer of the municipality, said that the preparation has been completed to write on the wall and that it will be printed on the wall of the building, or even if it is a flex print, it will be pasted in a few days.
