22-year-old Geeta Parki found dead with her 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son: CIB team deployed to investigate the incident

Dhangadhi: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) has also been mobilized to investigate the incident where three people from the same family were found dead in Bajhang's Bungal Municipality-9 Raru.

A CIB team headed by a police inspector has been deployed to investigate the incident. The CIB team is said to have reached Bajhang on Thursday evening. The deployed CIB team will assist the investigation team of the district by observing the incident site, questioning the locals, victims, family members, and will check the background of the accused, etc.

A 22-year-old Geeta Parki of Bungal Municipality-9 Raru, along with her 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son, were found dead on Wednesday.

Their cremation is being done on Friday after conducting postmortem at District Hospital Chainpur. According to the District Police Office Bajhang, the deceased Geeta's family has filed a complaint against her husband Pushkar Parki for inciting the suicide. Pushkar has been detained by the police and further investigations are being conducted.
