12 municipalities of the Far west are left to get the results of the polls, see who's leading where

Dhangadhi: The results of the local level election 2079 are being made public. So far, the final results of 75 out of 88 municipalities in the far-western states have been made public. According to public opinion polls, the Nepali Congress is in the lead.

The party has won 34 local elections. Similarly, the CPN-UML, which is in the second position, has won in 23 municipalities while the CPN-Maoist Center has won in 12 municipalities.

Independent candidates have won in one municipality after the Unified Socialist and Citizen Liberation Party won in two municipalities in the state. Now, only the final results of one sub-metropolis, one rural municipality and 11 municipalities of the state remain to be made public.
