COVID-19: seven new cases recorded

The country has recorded seven new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, this was revealed in 1,437 samples that were tested through RT-PCR and antigen method Similarly, 16 people have recovered from the virus during the period.

With this, number of people recovered from the virus has reached 966,873 so far and the recovery rate is 98.8 per cent, added the Ministry. The country has now 164 active cases of coronavirus. No casualty was reported today too. So far, the death toll from coronavirus has reached 11,952.
