Niramala Pant case not a priority?

The accused in Nirmala Pant rape case has still not been identified. The incident took place last year in Bhimdutta municipality, Ward no. 2, Kanchanpur. Nepal Police is actively searching for the perpetrator, but are unwilling to speak of the progress they are making in the search. The public is patiently waiting, yet have always been disappointed.
