Clash between the community forest management and road development program

The challenge of implementation and development of roads has been made due to the importance of scientific forest management and the benefit of community forest users in Kailali. The Division Office has seen problems of community forest officials as the general consumers are not able to explain the importance of scientific forest management and profit. The division forest office has opposed the limited people to the community forest in Godavari municipality, Ward no. 8 and started launching the scientific forest management program.
