Delay in the construction of smart city in Kailali and Kanchanpur

Construction of the planned city that is to be built around Hulaki Rajmarg, Kanchanpur, has not yet begun. The time alotted for the construction has been surpassed. Time alotted for design survey in Bhajni in Kailali and Belauri in Kanchanpur was October 2018, yet there  is no scope for development seen in the construction site. Three schemes have been panned out by the municipality office and D.P.R.
for Bhajni, whereas no schemes have been decided for Belauri.
