Retired teachers demand to improve the education sector

Kailali's retired teachers have said that they have not been able to access their knowledge and skills while teaching at government level schools. Teachers who have retired after spending forty years in the education sector have complained that they could not benefit from it.
They have suggested all the three levels of government to pay attention to improve the education sector by using the knowledge they have. They have alson expressed the desire to play a collaborative role in building the policies along with the government.
