Secretary of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan spotted drunk

Karunakar Joshi, Secretary of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan, Ward no. 6, was found drunk during office hours. Bhagiram Chaudhary, the Chairman of the ward informed the mayor and police both were given updates reagarding the incident, but there was no response.
