Bam announced candidacy as Nepali Congress Kailali president

Dhangadhi: Nepali Congress leader and current vice president Prakash Bam has announced his candidacy for the post of president. Talking to reporters in Dhangadhi on Monday, Bam said that he had announced his candidacy for the post. Stating that he has spent almost three-thirds of his life for the party, Bam urged all voters to vote for him.

Leader Bam has said that if he becomes the chairman, he will solve the problem of factions and sub-factions within the party. The date for the ward convention in Kailali has been fixed on November 13. The Central Election Committee has appointed Tek Prasad Subedi as the Returning Officer for the 14th General Convention in Kailali.
