Manipulation in UML's responsibility in Kanchanpur, who has what responsibility?

Dhangadhi: CPN-UML has changed the responsibilities of various departments in Kanchanpur. The meeting of the district committee has divided the responsibilities between the department and the people's organization. The meeting also assigned new responsibilities to the department and field chief and drew the government's attention to various current issues including the problems of flood and landslide victims.

As per the provisions in the constitution, Bir Bahadur Thapa has been given the responsibility of party school department head, Surendra Bista has been given the responsibility of organization department head and Ran Bahadur Mahara has been given the responsibility of publicity department chief, said Pallavaraj Bhatta, head of the local level development department. Tek Bahadur Hamal has been appointed as the head of Education and Human Resources Department, Pallavaraj Bhatt as the head of Local Level Development Department, Mohan Singh Rawal as the head of Finance Department, Radhakrishna Joshi as the head of Election Department, and Chandani Dhami as the head of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Department.

Phairu Tamang, head of the Department of Inclusion and Social Security, Khemraj Ojha, head of the Department of Natural Resources Management, and Ram Krishna Shrestha, head of the Department of Health, Population, and Environment, have been given the responsibility. Karna Bahadur Chand has been appointed as the office secretary.
