Dhangadhi: It has been alleged that the schemes of the far-western state government have been taking commission.

Chief Minister Trilochan Bhatta's personal secretary Prem Kuwar has been accused of selling the scheme in return of some commission.

When Jagannath Balayar of Doti demanded a plan for embankment in Bogra Khola of Ward No. 11 of Shikhar Nagar Municipality, his personal secretary Kuwar (eminent) has written on social network Facebook saying that he has taken a commission of Rs 50,000 and Ramesh Joshi Saipal, chairman of the Maoist center of Shikhar Municipality Ward No. 11 has taken a commission of Rs 30,000. He said that a total of Rs 150,000 was spent on the project.

He claimed that his own secretary Prakhyat had demanded Rs 1.5 million to be included in the plan budget and a commission should be paid to the Chief Minister for the same. Balayar said he did not receive the plan after the money was paid.

He has also accused the Chief Minister's Office of taking commission from many other schemes. He has warned to open up about the commission taken of all the schemes now.

Talking to Dinesh Khabar on the issue, he said, "When they asked for the embankment plan, they asked for money. The money was given thinking that the land would be saved by spending some money. I had said that I would plan for Rs 1.5 to 2 million but now I have heard that I have planned for Rs 500,000. When I called, they stopped picking up the phone."

Dinesh Khabar had repeatedly called the Chief Minister's Personal Secretary Prakhyat to find out about the matter. But his phone hasn't been answered.
