Preparations on-going to extend the prohibitory order issued in Kailali

Dhangadhi: Preparations are underway to extend the prohibitory order issued in Kailali district for another week.

Chief District Officer of Kailali, Khagendra Rijal, said that the Coronavirus pandemic is still rampant and that preparations are being made to extend the prohibitory order. But government offices are said to be preparing to operate by adopting security measures. Rijal informed that transportation service, assembly conference, hotel, and collective work will remain closed.

The District Covid Crisis Management Center, on the other hand, is yet to make a decision and issue an order, said Prajia Rijal. The local administration of Kailali has been gradually extending the prohibitory order since April 29 after the second wave of Coronavirus started.
