16 people suffer from food poisoning after attending a wedding in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: A total of 16 people who attended Girija Gurung’s wedding in Basantathala in Bedkot Municipality Ward No. 2 of Kanchanpur are suffering from food poisoning.

According to the ward chairman Naresh Bahadur Singh, those who dined at the wedding on Thursday complained of stomach issues on Friday. Currently, 16 people have been admitted to Mahakali Hospital. According to the doctors the pickle served at the wedding could be the reason to their illness.
