CIB team in Dhangadhi to investigate ASP's murder

Dhangadhi: A team of Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has reached Dhangadhi after the murder of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Temporary Police Post Jugeda.

According to the Far Western Provincial Police Office, Dipayal, the CIB has reached Dhangadhi to investigate the incident under the command of the Deputy Superintendent of Police. However, the name of the Deputy Superintendent of Police has not been revealed.

Spokesperson of the State Police Office, Senior Superintendent of Police Mukesh Kumar Singh said that the CIB team had reached Dhangadhi but the names of the officers involved in the investigation could not be disclosed.

Separate teams have been mobilized from the Far Western Provincial Police Office, District Police Office, Kailali and Kanchanpur to investigate the incident, said Senior Superintendent of Police Siah.
