Jungle safari reopens for tourists in Shuklaphanta, Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: The jungle safari in Shuklaphanta National Park, which had been closed since March 26 due to Coronavirus, has reopened for tourists.

Chief Conservation Officer for the nation park, Rabin Chaudhary, said that the safari and jungle walk has reopened due to the influx of domestic tourists during the festival.

During the safari, social distance should be maintained, masks and sanitizers should be used while the jeep will follow a specific route.

Elephant safaris, fishing, rafting and camping are banned in the national park due to the risk of Coronavirus.
