Bodies of health workers found in Seti

Dhangadhi: The body of Health Assistant (HA) Vinay Singh, a resident of Bajhang, was  found on Monday. His body was found about 1 km below the place where he went missing.

Doti Superintendent of Police Janak Raj Pandey said that the body was found by the locals on the bank of Seti in Bandungrisain of Shikhar Municipality. "It has been reported that the body was found some time ago. A police team has reached the spot but the body is yet to be identified as that of the missing health worker. Meanwhile, the staff of Dadeldhura Hospital has confirmed that the body was that of a Vinay Singh.

Earlier on Sunday, the body of Harish Joshi, a lab assistant from Dadeldhura's Parashuram Municipality, was found in Naridang of Doti's KI Singh village. His body was found far away from the spot, said Indra Bahadur Malla, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office of Doti.

On Saturday, the four working at Dadeldhura Hospital had gone to visit the Shailashwari temple in Doti in the morning. On their way back after visiting the temple, three of them were swept away by the river while taking a bath. Khagendra Kunwar was rescued by the locals while Harish Joshi and Health Assistant (HA) Vinay Singh, who live in Bajhang, went missing.
