District Court Pithoragarh grants permission to detain Dhan Bahadur Bohara

District Court Pithoragarh has granted permission to detain suspect Dhan Bahadur Bohara, who was arrested for allegedly mutilating genitals of three Nepalese laborers in Pithoragarh, India. According to the Indian police, a further investigation has been launched on  Bohara after the police received an order from District Court Pithoragarh. The incident took place on 27th October while the Indian police arrested the deceased's nephew Dhan Bhadur Bohara on 28th October in a village 120 kilometers away from Pithoragarh. Deceased Harish Bohra's wife visiting Baitadi for the festive season has also been arrested by Baitadi police for further investigation.
