Six central members of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) have taken the oath of office and secrecy
Kathmandu: Six central members of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) have taken the oath of office and secrecy.
In the party's central committee meeting held on Wednesday, President Ravi Lamichhane administered the oath of office and secrecy to Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel, Health Minister Nisha Mehta and Agriculture Minister Geeta Chaudhary.
Along with the three ministers, MP Yagya Mani Neupane and leaders Pramod Neupane and Binita Kathayat have also taken the oath of office and secrecy as central members. Although they were elected as central members at the general convention held in Chitwan, they missed taking the oath at that time.
Agriculture Minister Geeta Chaudhary informed that arrangements have been made to take the oath before the start of the central committee meeting on Wednesday as some elected central members, including herself, missed the oath.
