Pancheshwor chairman Gorakh Bahadur Chand rejoins CPN-UML

Dhangadhi: Gorakh Bahadur Chand, Chairman of Pancheshwor Rural Municipality in Baitadi, who had earlier announced his departure from the CPN-UML, has stated that he will remain active in the party once again. Chand had expressed dissatisfaction over the selection of representatives for the 11th National General Convention and had announced his exit from UML through social media, citing unilateralism and factionalism in the process.

However, on Wednesday, Chand posted on social media that he had hastily left the UML and, after lengthy discussions with party leaders, has decided to continue his active participation in the CPN-UML.
