Four Taekwondo Players in Dhangadhi Achieve Black Belts
Dhangadhi: The National Taekwondo Association of Nepal has honored four athletes from Dhangadhi with black belts, marking a significant milestone in their sporting journey.
Srijana Gurung, Aryan Dagaura, Prabhat Joshi, and Pratish Adhikari have been awarded black belt certificates after dedicating three years to their training in the sport.
Rajendra Bhandari, serving as the central representative and trainer in Sudurpaschim Province, presented them with certificates following their successful completion of the test exam held last month. Bhandari emphasized the importance of perseverance and discipline in their sporting endeavors, urging them to maintain these qualities throughout their athletic careers.
Coach Karan Dhami highlighted the multifaceted nature of Taekwondo, noting that it transcends being merely a sport, serving also as an art form and a means of self-defense. He emphasized that the practice of Taekwondo not only shapes the individual player but also influences the surrounding society and contributes to the reputation of the nation.
