Duplicate notes hits Dhangadhi yet again

Duplicate notes have been circulating Dhangadhi yet again. Incident as such has taken place in the past as well. A fake note of thousand rupees was found at the billing counter of Seti Zonal Hospital. The duplicates notes are smaller in size than the original. The quality of the paper, thread and the water impression are different as well, distinguishing the two.
