Drug Arrest Made in Attariya: Individual Apprehended with Illegal Substances

Dhangadhi: Law enforcement authorities have successfully apprehended an individual in possession of illicit drugs within the jurisdiction of Attariya, situated in Kailali.

The suspect, hailing from Navadurga Rural Municipality-2 Bedpani in Dadeldhura, was taken into custody at Attaria Bus Park. The arrested individual has been identified as Nirajan Bista, aged 29, who currently resides in a rented accommodation in Godavari Municipality-2 Teghri. The arrest was carried out by the diligent personnel of the Malakheti Area Police Office.

According to official reports, Bista was found in possession of a total of two grams and 586 milligrams of illegal narcotics during the course of his arrest on Wednesday. The swift and efficient action by the police has led to the detention of the accused. Subsequent to his arrest, a thorough investigation into the matter is presently underway.
