CPN (UML) committee member of Far-West Shaligram Sharma passes away at 75

Mahendranagar: Seventy-five-year-old Shaligram Sharma, a member of the Far West Province Committee of CPN (UML), has passed away. In the year 2054, Sharma, who was also the chairman of the then Parasan Village Development Committee of Kanchanpur, had been suffering from various diseases for a few years.

According to UML District Secretary Pallavaraj Bhatta, Sharma, who was a renowned teacher resigned and contested the election as the president of the then Parasan Gabis. Secretary Bhatta said that the death of Sharma, who was also a founding member of UML Kanchanpur, has caused an irreparable loss to the party.
