Teenager dies of snake bite in Dadeldhura

Dadeldhura: A teenager died after being bitten by a snake in Dadeldhura. 15-year-old Jeetendra Okheda of Parashuram municipality-12 Tulabhadi died due to snake bite.

The police said that Okheda was bitten by a snake while he was sleeping on Thursday night. After being bitten by a snake, Jeetendra himself killed the snake and slept in bed again. However, after suddenly being affected by poison, he was taken to Baidya.

Jogbudha Hospital said that he was taken to hospital from there but could not be saved. Okheda was studying in Class 8 of the local Shaileshwari Secondary School.
