One arrested with a gun in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: A person was arrested with a gun in Dhangadhi. Police arrested him today (Friday) on the basis of a anbonymous informant.

According to the police, 55-year-old Giani Rana from Ward No. 15 Urma, Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city, was caught with a loaded gun hidden in his house. Similarly, 800 grams of gunpowder used in guns, 100 grams of gunpowder, 12 pieces of pellets and 3 kg, 500 grams of wild animal meat, which looks like a badger, were also recovered from his house.

Now Rana has been taken into custody and kept in the jail for necessary action. The police said that further investigation is going on.
