New fare prices of short distance rides in Baitadi

Dhangadhi: In Baitadi, a new fare rate has been determined for short-distance vehicles operating on roads within the district. According to Khagendra Bharti, Information Officer of District Administration Office, Baitadi, new fare rates have been fixed in the district after complaints of high fares started coming.

He said that the all-party meeting of transport businessmen and Sorokarwalas has fixed the new fare rates of jeeps. According to the new fare, the fare from Gothlapani to Dehimandu is Rs. 70, Gothlapani to Satbanjh Rs. 150, Gothlapani to Patan Rs. 230, Gothlapani to Khodpe Rs. 350, Gothlapani to Jhulaghat Rs. 160.

Similarly, Gothlapani to Silegada Rs. 230, Gothlapani to Khochlek Rs.250, Gothlapani to Basali Rs. 300, Gothlapani to Doli Rs. 350, Gothlapani to Gokuleshwar Rs. 440 have been fixed. Rs. 320 on the unpaved road from Dehimandu to Giregada, Rs. 170 on Dehimandu to Bhattad, Rs. 210 on Dehimandu to Dibadya and Rs. 175 on Gothlapani to Sera unpaved road.

Also, the fare from Jhulaghat to Bithad is Rs. 700, Gothlapani to Dadeldhura 500, Patan to Attola Rs. 75, Patan to Syadikhola Rs. 100, Patan to Salena Rs. 150, Patan to Lamalek Rs. 230, Patan to Melauli Rs. 250 and Khodpe to Vindravan fare is Rs. 100.
