Two leaders of Biplav arrested from Doti while closing the market area  

Doti: Two leaders of CPN led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) have been arrested from Dipayal of Doti. District Secretariat members Mohan Kathayat and Prakash Kathayat were arrested on Tuesday morning while closing Dipayal Bazar.

Doti district secretary of CPN Bimal Dhami said that they were arrested without any reason. Stating that it was a pre-announced shutdown, he said that both the arrested should be released immediately.

According to the 3-point agreement with the government, the Biplava-led CPN has announced a nationwide shutdown for Tuesday, moving forward with the demand to withdraw the cases against the leaders/activists of their party and to release them from prison.
