Hotel owner arrested with drugs in Kailali

Dhangadhi: A hotel owner has been arrested with drugs in Kailali. 50-year-old Bimala KC was arrested from Chisapani, Lamkichuha Municipality 3 of the district, with about 400 milligrams of illegal substance heroin.

KC, who is also the manager of Seti Mahakali Hotel, was arrested by the police on Saturday night, the police informed. The police stationed from Police Office Chisapani during the investigation found Bimala with the said substance and arrested her. During further investigation, it was revealed that 28-year-old Deepa Bishta (Saud), who lives in the same place, had allowed the drug to be sold. The police said that they are conducting further investigation in this regard.
