Kunwar is the new president of Kailali Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Dhangadhi: Pushparaj Kunwar has been re-elected as the president of Kailali Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Kunwar defeated his rival Surendra Rathi.

Similarly, Pushkar Raj Ojha has been elected as senior vice president, Dinesh Lamsal as industry vice president, Manoj Agrawal as associate vice president, Laxman Raj Pant as commodity vice president, Om Bahadur Bista as general secretary, Bhim Raj Ojha Abbu as treasurer and Suresh Pandey as secretary. All the winners in the post are candidates of Kunwar panel.

Similar members include Ambika Bhandari, Kabindra Pant, Krishna Kumari Bisht, Kopila Kunwar, Tilak Bahadur Bohra, Prakash Chand, Bashudev Bhatt, Milan Kunwar, Rabi Kunwar, Radhika Kumari Chaudhary, Rita Joshi, Rupesh Khadka, Lokraj Bhatt, Shambhu Lamichhane, Shyamraj Joshi, Surendra Bahadur Kadayat and Surendra Kumar Bohara has been elected. In Saturday's union election, 1,095 votes were cast.
