Two panels in the fray for the leadership of Kailali Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Dhangadhi: Two separate panels have started election preparations for the leadership of Kailali Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The two groups have started preparations for the election of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on June 11 with separate panels.

Two separate panels led by current chairman Pushparaj Kunwar and businessman Surendra Rathi have registered nominations today. Most of the old faces have been repeated in Kunwar's panel while many new faces from Rathi's panel have entered the election field. Similarly, Jayaraj Neupane has registered his candidature for the post of secretary independently.

The panel includes Pushkar Raj Ojha as senior vice president, Manoj Agrawal as associate vice president, Dinesh Lamsal as industry vice president, Gagan Raj KC as commerce vice president, Laxman Pant as commodity vice president, Om Bisht as general secretary, Bhishma Raj Ojha as treasurer and Suresh Pandey as secretary. Similarly, Harishankar Thakur is the senior vice president, Prakash Chandra Bhatt is the associate vice president, Ghanshyam Chaudhary is the industry vice president, Keshav Joshi is the commerce vice president, Keshav Pandey is the commodity vice president, Siddharaj Paneru is the general secretary, Ranjan Sharma is the treasurer and Mahendra Bahadur Singh is the secretary.
