Dhangadhi: In the Prime Minister's Employment Program in Bajura, it has been found that local level people's representatives make choices based on political beliefs. The real poor are being deprived when the people's representatives choose only those who have faith in their relatives and the party.

While preparing the list for the Prime Minister's Employment Program in Khaptad Chhededah village of Bajura, the locals have complained that the people's representatives of the ward have selected the teachers, staff, and the families of the contractors without choosing the real poor.

According to local Raiwan Dhami, the people's representatives and employees of the village municipality-6 have chosen the families of teachers and contractors based on faith and relatives and not the real poor. 'People's representatives and employees have chosen the relatives of the employed and the powerful without choosing the poor.

There is no working environment for the poor, "he said. Most of the teachers and their family members have been selected from the real poor of Atichaur in Chhededaha village municipality-6 of Khaptad. Sirjana Dhami, the wife of Mangal Dhami, principal of Mashteshwari Higher Secondary School, Dogadi, has also been selected for the employment program.

Similarly, Laxmidevi Nath, wife of Ramesh Nath, headmaster of Brahmadev Lower Secondary School, is also on the list of the Prime Minister's Employment Program. Namasara Nath, wife of Gore Nath, teacher of Brahmadev Lower Secondary School, Chandakala Nath, wife of teacher Arjun Nath, Santosh Nath, son of teacher Chand Nath, Gore Nath Yogi, husband of teacher Sara Nath and Nanda Nath Yogi, teacher of teacher Satyadevi Nath have also been selected in the employment program. They are currently working on the program.

Mana Budha, wife of Sher Bahadur Budha, a nutrition coordinator working in the village municipality, and Parvati Kumari Giri, wife of Shankar Nath, an accountant working in the same ward office, are also in the job selection program. Similarly, the mother of the contractor Buddha Budha is also involved in the employment program.

According to Santosh Nath, a local of Atichaur, only the family members of the teachers and the employees of the municipality have been given employment in the employment program by depriving the poor and the people working for employment. Locals are angry that ward chairman Kumbh Nath has chosen only his cadres for employment.

Local Lalbir Nath has complained that ward chairman Nath has chosen him for employment unilaterally. He also said that he did not get the list of those selected before and after the Prime Minister's Employment Program. Locals have complained that ward chairman Nath and Khaptad Chhededah village employment coordinator Lokraj Joshi have lost the list.
