One dies as a tractor falls from a road construction site in Darchula

Dhangadhi: A person has died when a tractor toppled on a road construction site in Darchula. A tractor (Se 2 Ta 1799) involved in the construction work on the Darchula-Tinkar road has fallen 15 meters from the road, police said.

According to the District Police Office, Darchula, 23-year-old Birendra Khadka died after being hit by a tractor. Man Bohora, 28, of Surma village in Bajhang district is absconding and search is on for him, said Manohar Bhatta, Deputy Superintendent of Police. According to police, the accident took place at 10:30 pm on Tuesday.
