Kailali appears to be the most corrupted district in Sudurpaschim province followed by Baitadi

Baitadi: Out of the nine districts in the Far-West, Baitadi is the second most corrupted district after Kailali. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority made the data public in an interaction program with people's representatives, employees and stakeholders of all 10 local levels of Baitadi on Friday.

According to the data presented in the interaction program on corruption control and promotion of good governance, 1,039 complaints from nine districts in the far west are being investigated.

Hari Poudel said. Dinesh Bahadur Khadka of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority said that 295 complaints from Kailali, 158 from Baitadi, 144 from Kanchanpur, 119 from Bajhang, 97 from Darchula, 81 from Dadeldhura, 77 from Doti, 74 from Achham and 48 from Bajura are being investigated.
