Kailari Rural Municipality announces 98.6% litracy rate

Dhangadhi: Kailari has been declared a literate Rural Municipality. The village municipality has been declared literate in a ceremony after fulfilling all the criteria required for the declaration of literacy. The Government of Nepal has set the criteria for declaring literacy in the age group of 15 to 60 years if the literacy rate reaches 95 percent.

In Kailari village, the literacy rate of this age group has reached 98.6 percent, said Education Branch Chief Ganesh Prasad Mishra.
