Women in their Postpartum period not provided with allowance on time by the government

The government in Bajura district is unable to prioritise its scheme of providing allowance to women who have given birth recently. Along with the allowance the mother and child are to be provided with warm clothing, which is also not being carried out.  The government has even doubled the amount that is to be given out this financial year.
