Three arrested in Dhangadhi
Dhangadhi: Three people have been arrested by Dhangadhi police for posessing unsolicited money. Police have arrested Mukesh Khadka, 22, Kiran Khadka, 18, and Narayan Khadka, 24, of Kotdewal in Mashta Rural Municipality of Bajhang. A total of 869,000 Nepali and 3,200 Indian rupees were also recovered from them, said Prateek Bista, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Kailali. "Police team deployed from Far-Western Provincial Police Office and District Police Office arrested them from Hotel Aman Plaza in Ward No. 4 of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Municipality based on a confidential information," Bisht told Dinesh Khabar.
According to Bisht, 34,360 grams of precious jewelry and 737.87 grams of silver metal jewelry and other items were also recovered from them. They have been sent to Revenue Investigation Office, Kohalpur Banke for necessary action.
