Bhim Rawal prepares to submit his written resignation
Dhangadhi: UML Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal, who has announced his resignation from the UML's 10-point agreement implementation task force, is preparing to submit his resignation in writing. Sources said that Rawal was preparing to submit his written resignation to the party chairman within a day or two after seeing the delay in the implementation of the 10-point agreement.
Stating that party chairman KP Sharma Oli did not want to implement the 10-point agreement reached for party unity on September 10, Rawal had announced his resignation from the task force coordinator at a meeting of the standing committee on Friday.
Oli said 10 agreements would be implemented. Rawal will be in charge of the far-western states when the party returns before June 20. But party president Oli Rawal is not ready to return to that responsibility.
