Substance abuse increases by 11%

The drug mischief and control over customs has become more challenging after the police arrests the person involved in such activities but releases them for a price. The number of drug addicts has increased by 11 percent annually. The rate of medication and treatment in Kailali rehabilitation centers has also increased.

 However, the police is unable to curb the problem and is found releasing them time and again making it a vicious circle without any cases in the court.
