Lekhraj Bhatta shown a black flag in Doti

CPI (M)'s permanent committee member and former minister Lekhraj Bhatta was shown a black flag in Doti. Saeed Memorial, the team of the Navy Association, Nepal Tarun Dal, and the Writer Association, waved a black flag at Bhatt, who reached Doti to attend a program in the local residential school. It was done to diss his decision of making Godavari the provincial capital instead of Doti.
